Warehouse Operative – Omega, Warrington

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Omega, Warrington.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression within a reputable logistics operation.

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Picker Packer, Order Picker, or Warehouse Assistant.

Rates of Pay:

• PM Shift: £13.33 per hour
• Night Shift: £14.71 per hour
• Rotational Shift: £13.02 per hour
• Overtime after 40 hours: £19.06 per hour
• Sunday overtime: £25.42 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• PM Shift: Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00
• Night Shift: Monday to Friday, 22:00 – 06:00
• Rotational Shift: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00

Day-to-Day Duties:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will work:

• Supporting warehouse processes within a busy production environment
• Operating warehouse equipment safely and effectively
• Moving materials, loading and unloading goods, and feeding production lines
• Using hand tools and cutting equipment as required
• Carrying out basic assembly and preparation tasks
• Completing stock checks and basic documentation
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working area
• Working closely with colleagues across warehouse teams
