Customer Service Advisor – Part Time

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy client in the Customer Support team.

This would suit applicants who have worked as a Customer Service Administrator, Client Services Coordinator or Customer Support Coordinator.

Rates of Pay:

• £13.50 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 12:00pm to 4:00pm

Day-to-Day Duties:

Your duties as a Customer Service Advisor are:

• Process a high volume of customer contact forms
• Conduct document checks and handle customer queries
• Prepare and input data accurately
• Transpose data into Google Sheets
• Assist with preparation, recording and reporting requirements
• Support the day-to-day flow of administrative activities relating to company operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Essential Skills:

To be successful as a Customer Service Advisor, you will need:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Experience using spreadsheets and online forms
• A professional and proactive attitude
• The ability to maintain confidentiality of company information

Training:

• Full training will be provided
