Van Driver – Multi-Drop Store Deliveries – Warrington – £13.35–£20.03 Per Hour

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Van Driver to join our well-established client based in Warrington, Cheshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering £13.35–£20.03 per hour, consistent full-time work, overtime opportunities, paid training and the potential for permanent employment.

This position is ideal for applicants who have previously worked as a Van Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, Delivery Driver, 3.5 Tonne Driver or Store Delivery Driver.

Shifts

 • Working five days out of seven
 • Start times between 05:00 and 08:00
 • Finish times between 12:00 and 18:00

Rates of Pay

 • £13.35–£20.03 per hour
 • Overtime opportunities available

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Van Driver, your duties will include:

 • Loading your vehicle each morning before starting deliveries
 • Completing 5–8 store deliveries and collections per day
 • Delivering clothing, beauty and similar retail products safely and efficiently
 • Providing excellent customer service at each delivery location
 • Communicating effectively with customers and the transport office
 • Ensuring all goods are handled safely and correctly throughout the shift

Essential Skills

 • Full UK Category B Driving Licence
 • Minimum of 12 months’ van delivery experience
 • No more than three penalty points for minor offences
 • Reliable, enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude
 • Excellent communication and time management skills

Desirable Experience

 • Previous multi-drop van driving experience
 • Experience delivering to retail stores or working within a logistics environment

Training Provided

 • Driver assessment including theory and on-road evaluation
 • Two-day paid induction following successful assessment
 • One week of on-the-job training alongside an experienced driver
