FLT Reach Truck Driver – Rugby

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a FLT Reach Truck Driver to join our well-established client based in Rugby, Warwickshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and opportunities for growth and progression within a successful warehouse operation.

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Reach Truck Operator, Forklift Operator or FLT Driver.

Rates of Pay:

• £14.39 per hour
• Overtime paid at £21.59 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 14:00 – 22:00

Day-to-Day Duties:

As a FLT Reach Truck Driver, you will work:

• Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
• Conducting daily vehicle inspections and reporting faults when required
• Receiving goods into the warehouse and checking deliveries for accuracy
• Checking the quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing goods
• Unpacking and organising stock for storage and distribution
• Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times
• Supporting warehouse operations as required

Essential Skills:

To be successful as a FLT Reach Truck Driver, you will need:

• A valid Reach Truck certificate (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
• Previous experience operating a Reach Truck
• Strong communication skills
• Good attention to detail and spatial awareness
• The ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• A reliable, organised, and self-motivated approach to work
• Flexibility and willingness to undertake a variety of warehouse duties
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team

Training:

• Industry-related training provided
• Ongoing support throughout your assignment
• Previous warehouse experience would be advantageous
