Aluminium Window Fabricator – Bloxwich

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an Aluminium Window Fabricator in Bloxwich to join our well-established client.

This role would suit applicants looking for positions as a Window Fabricator, Aluminium Fabricator or UPVC Window Fabricator.

Rates of Pay:

• £16.00 – £16.50 per hour

Shift Pattern:

As an Aluminium Window Fabricator, you will work:

• Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 17:00
• Friday, 08:00 – 14:00

Day-to-Day Duties:

Your duties as an Aluminium Window Fabricator are:

• Fabricating aluminium products from technical drawings
• Assembling parts
• Completing paperwork accurately
• Carrying out checks to ensure product quality and conformity
• Performing regular quality inspections and correcting issues promptly
• Ensuring sufficient raw material stock to maintain productivity
• Keeping the work area clean and tidy
• Reporting defective parts or product issues

Essential Skills:

To be successful as an Aluminium Window Fabricator, you will need:

• Aluminium fabrication experience
• Strong quality control expertise
• Proficiency in using hand tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience working with aluminium or window systems
• A committed attitude to continuous improvement (5S, Lean Production)

Training:

• Full on-site training provided, with continued development opportunities
