FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative – Crick, Northamptonshire

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Crick, Northamptonshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent hourly rates, Monday to Friday working, weekly pay, immediate starts and genuine long-term opportunities within a busy warehouse environment.

Monday to Friday | 6am–2pm | Weekly Pay | Ongoing Work | Immediate Starts | Overtime Opportunities

This position would suit applicants who have previously worked as a Forklift Driver, Counterbalance FLT Driver, Warehouse Operative, Order Picker or Warehouse Associate.

Shifts

 • Monday to Friday
 • 6:00am – 2:00pm
 • Stable full-time hours

Rates of Pay

 • £13.51 per hour
 • Weekly pay
 • Overtime opportunities available

Day-to-Day Duties

 • Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
 • Picking and packing customer orders
 • Supporting Goods In and Goods Out operations
 • Loading, unloading and moving stock as required
 • Undertaking manual handling duties, including lifting items weighing up to 24kg
 • Moving, storing and organising stock within the warehouse
 • Ensuring all products are stored safely and correctly
 • Following all health and safety procedures at all times

Essential Skills

 • Previous warehouse experience
 • Valid Counterbalance FLT licence with practical operating experience
 • Basic spoken and written English
 • Good attention to detail
 • Reliability and strong timekeeping skills
 • Good communication skills
 • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 • Positive and proactive attitude
 • Ability to undertake manual handling duties, including lifting up to 24kg
