Yard Operative – Stourport-on-Severn

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative to join our well-established client based in Stourport-on-Severn on a full-time temp-to-perm basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing work, an immediate start, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position with a reputable business.

This would suit applicants who have worked as a Gardener, Groundskeeper or Yard Operative.

Rates of Pay:

• £12.71 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 – 16:00

• Mowing lawns
• Carrying out general gardening duties
• Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the yard and surrounding areas
• General housekeeping duties
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Essential Skills:

The skills required to be a Yard Operative are:

• Clear understanding of health and safety standards and protocols
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Good attention to detail
• Punctual and reliable
• Previous experience in gardening, grounds maintenance, or yard work is advantageous

Training:

• Full industry-related training provided
• Ongoing support and development throughout your assignment
