Warehouse Administrators
People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Administrators to join our well-established client based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering competitive rates of pay, consistent Monday to Friday working (Static days) with room to develop and progress within a busy warehouse environment.
This role would suit candidates with previous experience as a Warehouse Administrator, Inventory Control, Data Management or Logistics Coordinator.
Shifts: Monday – Friday: 08.00am – 16.30pm (Static shift)
Pay rate: £12.71 per hour

Day to Day Duties
As a Warehouse Administrator your duties will be, but not limited to:
- Processing and maintaining warehouse paperwork and records
- Updating stock levels and inventory systems
- Booking goods in and processing delivery documentation
- Preparing dispatch paperwork and delivery notes
- Coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries
- Liaising with drivers, transport companies, suppliers and customers
- Inputting orders and updating internal systems
- Investigating stock discrepancies and resolving queries
- Printing labels, picking lists and warehouse documentation
- Monitoring stock movements and carrying out regular stock checks
- Supporting warehouse operatives and supervisors with administrative tasks
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills
Skills needed to be a Warehouse Administrator with our client are:
- Competent computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel, Outlook and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Accurate data entry and excellent attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Inventory and stock control administrator experience
- Experience processing orders, deliveries and dispatch documents
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures within a warehouse environment
Desirable Experience
Desirable experience needed to be a Warehouse Administrator with our client is:
- Warehouse Administrator experience but not essential as full training provided
- Previous experience in Logistics E-commerce fulfilment and Value add service operations would be advantageous (SAP, JDA, Oracle or other WMS systems )
Training
Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
