LLOP Driver – Skelmersdale

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a LLOP Driver to join our well-established client based in Skelmersdale.

This is an excellent opportunity offering ongoing work, immediate starts, a supportive team environment, and the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

This role would be suitable for candidates with experience as an LLOP Driver, Warehouse Operative or Order Picker.

Rates of Pay:

• £13.00 per hour
• Weekly pay

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 11:00 – 19:00

Day-to-Day Duties:

As a LLOP Driver, you will work:

• Operating a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP) safely and efficiently
• Completing order picking duties within a busy warehouse environment
• Loading and unloading stock
• Carrying out goods in and stock handling duties
• Undertaking manual handling tasks as required
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised work area
• Working effectively as part of a team
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times

Essential Skills:

To be successful as a LLOP Driver, you will need:

• Previous experience operating an LLOP truck
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• A positive and responsible attitude towards work
• Good communication skills and conversational English to follow instructions and health and safety procedures
• Reliability and punctuality
• The ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Comfortable performing regular manual handling

Desirable Experience:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Previous experience within a distribution or logistics environment
• Additional MHE experience would be advantageous

Training:

• Industry-related training provided
• Ongoing support throughout your assignment
