We have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant, based at our Tamworth Branch to join our friendlyteam within the industrial divison.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will build strong relationships with existing clients whilst building on the current base to drive the division forward.
The opportunity is a permanent position with a salary up to £24,000 which will be dependent on previous relevant experience.
Socialable working hours Monday to Friday 0800 - 1700 although you will be required to have the out of hours mobile on a rota basis

Day to Day Duties

Duties will include but not limited to;
• Managing an existing pipeline, with new business being key to the role
• A strong approach to sales, with a willingness to succeed
• Territory Mapping
• Maintain and develop existing and new clients through planned individual client support and liaison
• Liaise and attend meetings with clients necessary to perform duties and aid business and branch development
• Posting adverts using job boards, screening and interviewing candidates, matching to appropriate roles available
• Keeping relationships with clients and candiadtes, regular updates via telephone, email and meetings. Establishing and fullfilling needs
• Work towards set targets, budgets, deadlines and KPI's
• Use of databases including adding candiadtes, clients and formatting CV's

Desirable Experience

Previous Recruitment/Sales experience would be desirable but not essential, if you bring the drive, commitment and professionalism that we are looking for, we will provide you with the skills you need to develop a long and exciting career within our successful company.

• Would need to hold a full UK driving licence
