Day to Day Duties

• As a Resourcer you will be working closely with our Business Development Manager to seek the right candidates and to meet our clients requirements.
• You will be telephone interviewing, conducting Face to Face interviews and uploading criteria onto our database and matching candidates to roles available.

Essential Skills

• A Resourcer will be dealing with the General Public so must come from a customer service background and have good computer skills

Desirable Experience

A Resourcer will be dealing with internal clients so a good telephone manner ands good customer service skills

What training is provided?

• One day training based in our Head Office at Walsall and all expenses paid in advance.
• Ongoing training by our training and development team and ongoing training and support by our Branch Manager
