That’s why we’re excited to finally reveal our shiny new brand: People Solutions. We have taken all of our existing brands - First Personnel, Drive Force, Flex Recruitment, Foresight Recruitment, Mainline Employment, Avidity Training and Inploy Recruitment – and created one single, simple brand that does everything you need and truly represents who we are.
It had been a few years and there had been a lot of changes, so we needed to take stock and make sure our brand was still fit for purpose. There was a lot we needed to consider, but a few key challenges we faced.
We needed a better customer journey.
We were a group of different brands sitting under one group brand. While this has its benefits, it could cause a lot of confusion. We needed a simpler customer journey to make things easier and more efficient.
We’re different, but we don’t look it.
Recruitment can have a bad reputation, but we’re people who love recruitment, with a passion for helping people.
When it came down to it, after speaking to our existing clients, we discovered our old brand simply wasn’t getting across all the things they loved about us. You told us that our brand doesn’t represent who we really are, so it’s time for a change.
That’s why we’re bringing everything we do together under one new People Solutions brand.
We’re on a new mission now: To be the agency that proves recruitment isn’t a “necessary evil.”
We’re demonstrating through action that recruitment is more than pushing candidates. It’s the single most exciting and important part of growing a business. No negative stereotypes or shortcuts. We’re doing what’s right for the long term and creating better outcomes for our people and our clients.
